Description
We are the owners of Agriturismo Bellini. We make fresh pasta like our mom and grandmother taught us and we will share with you all the secrets of working with flour and water. Our family owns an organic farm where we produce wine and olive oil on our estate.
We’ll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We’ll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We’ll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We’ll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook.
