Simonetta introduces you to her kitchen, full of books, spices, jars full of dried fruit and recipes. Her cooking courses are a full immersion in her lifestyle, a mix of food and culture, but also of practicality. Learn to make dishes which you can easily reproduce at your home, and you will amaze yourselves by creating ravioli, tagliatelle and pizza, in a vegetarian o vegan style.
She will teach you the simple but important tricks of everyday cooking, such as how to substitute an ingredient at the last moment, but what really counts is to have a passion for food. You will start by preparing the dough for the pizza and then, during cooking, you will prepare tagliatelle and ravioli. The sauces will be the simplest but the most delicious sauces of Mediterranean cuisine.

They brought everything we needed to make a 3-course meal, the translator was informative and friendly, and the chef a delightful guide. And they cleaned up and put away all the leftovers. A great way to “stay in” while dining well in Cortona.
